CLEAR INFORMATION, CONFIDENT CHOICES
Terms & Conditions
These draft terms cover this website and the proposed purchase and use of Sharon Forrester’s education programmes. They must be completed and approved before they are relied on as the customer agreement.
The supplier and contact details
The website uses the trading name Sharon Forrester and the existing contact email hello@sharonforrester.com. [Confirm the legal supplier, legal status, postal/contact address, company registration details if applicable and VAT status.] No registered entity or address is invented in this draft.
Website use
You may use the website to learn about the programmes and contact Sharon. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. Use contact details and forms respectfully and accurately.
Eligibility and customer status
You must have authority and capacity to enter the relevant agreement. [Confirm the minimum age and any arrangements for younger learners, and whether particular offers are available to consumers, business customers or both.] Your statutory rights depend on the applicable law and circumstances; business-focused course content does not by itself remove consumer protections.
Programme descriptions
The Foundation Hub is a guided 12-month learning membership with monthly teaching, Q&A and resources. Business 101 includes seven modules, eight workbooks, video lessons and personalised coaching. The Elite programme includes eight strategic themes, live teaching, practical workbooks and personalised guidance, subject to application and approval.
Public curriculum summaries describe the intended learning experience. Provisional entries, franchise details and certification arrangements must be confirmed before a customer commits. The start-up workshop’s dates, price and booking process are not yet confirmed.
Prices, tax and payment
Advertised prices are £7/month or £60/year for membership, £697 as a one-time payment for Business 101, and from £1,516 for the Elite programme. The Elite price is agreed individually after approval. [Confirm whether the displayed prices include all applicable taxes and disclose any unavoidable additional charges before purchase.]
Public checkout uses the existing Stripe-hosted links. Correct any purchase details before confirming payment and retain your purchase confirmation. The exact point of contract formation and confirmation process must be stated in the final checkout agreement. No ordinary website checkbox substitutes for checkout obligations.
Recurring membership billing
The monthly option is a recurring £7 subscription; the annual option is a recurring £60 subscription. Charges follow the renewal interval and dates stated at checkout, unless the subscription is ended in accordance with the applicable agreement and law. Annual billing saves £24 compared with twelve £7 monthly payments.
The 12-month curriculum describes the learning journey and does not, by itself, establish a minimum 12-month payment commitment. [Confirm minimum term, automatic-renewal information, cancellation method, effective date, failed-payment arrangements and access after cancellation before launch.] No cancel-anytime or minimum-term claim is made here.
Delivery, access and technical requirements
Membership learning is intended to be released one module at a time according to membership progress, including for annual subscribers. Business 101 access is subject to the confirmed purchase terms. Elite access follows approval and verified payment.
Secure accounts and course fulfilment are not connected in this static build. The dashboard is a design preview only. [Confirm delivery start date, platform, supported devices/browsers, access duration and customer instructions before accepting enrolments.] No lifetime-access promise or automatic-access claim is made in these draft terms.
Live teaching and coaching
Session schedules, delivery format, joining instructions and coaching arrangements must be provided as part of the agreed programme. The number, duration and booking process for Business 101 coaching calls await confirmation.
[Confirm session recording availability, rescheduling procedure, missed-session arrangements and support contact hours.] Any changes must be handled fairly and consistently with the agreement and applicable statutory rights.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and booking information, follow reasonable participation instructions, treat others respectfully and use materials for the authorised purpose. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for obtaining individual professional advice where needed. Tell us about access problems so they can be addressed.
Account security
If a learning account is provided, keep sign-in details secure, do not share them with unauthorised people and tell us about suspected misuse. Administrative access must be restricted. Account suspension or termination conditions must be reasonable and explained in the final agreement; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Availability and programme changes
[Confirm reasonable maintenance, support and scheduling arrangements.] If an agreed service cannot be supplied or a material change is needed, customers must be informed and offered the remedies required by the agreement and law. This draft does not give an unrestricted right to change or withdraw paid services without a remedy.
Elite applications and agreed quotes
An application is an enquiry, not acceptance onto the programme. Sharon reviews suitability and confirms the package, schedule and agreed price before payment. The existing £1,516 link is for applicants approved to pay exactly that amount; other quotes require an appropriate payment request.
No franchise territories, royalties, commissions, licences or affiliate earnings are granted by the public programme title. Those details must be supplied and agreed separately before they are offered.
Certification
Certification is intended upon successful completion, subject to confirmed assessment, attendance or other requirements and verified awarding arrangements. [Specify the issuer, completion criteria and certificate wording.] External accreditation has not been verified and is not claimed.
Educational information and outcomes
The programmes provide general business education, not individual financial, tax, insurance or legal advice. Business results depend on circumstances and implementation. Revenue figures such as £100,000 and £5k+ per month express growth ambitions, not guarantees.
This educational explanation does not exclude the obligation to provide services with the care and skill, or digital content of the quality, required by applicable law.
Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where you are entitled to a cooling-off period, cancellation rights must be explained before purchase. Immediate digital access does not automatically remove those rights; specific consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements may apply.
Starting live or coaching services during a cancellation period is distinct from supplying digital content. No term in this draft prohibits all refunds or overrides mandatory consumer remedies.
Complaints and resolving problems
Contact hello@sharonforrester.com with your name, programme, purchase reference and concern. We will investigate and explain the proposed resolution. [Confirm the complaints process and any applicable alternative dispute resolution obligations.] No arbitrary guaranteed response time is promised; legal time limits still apply.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain available.
Any proposed limits for business customers or other lawful limitations require specific legal review and must be fair, clear and appropriate to the service. No blanket exclusion of responsibility or financial cap is inserted in this draft.
Governing law and jurisdiction
[Confirm the appropriate UK governing law and courts after establishing the legal supplier and its location.] Any final clause must preserve mandatory consumer protections and rights to use courts available under applicable law, including where a consumer lives. No jurisdiction is assumed from the website’s audience.
Changes and final agreement
These are review drafts dated 11 October 2026, not confirmed terms for an existing customer contract. The approved terms, programme inclusions, cancellation information and any necessary consents must be supplied at checkout and confirmed in a format customers can retain. Later changes must not unfairly alter an existing agreement.
